We don’t have a licensed structure at The Hidden Hive for Civil Ceremonies, but you can chose a church local to The Hidden Hive, or a Celebrant Ceremony can be arranged so everything takes place on site, in one place.
A Celebrant ceremony or ‘blessing’ is a great choice for a Tipi Wedding, whether it’s outdoors or even inside the Tipis, it’s something that is becoming more and more popular. Subject to completing the legal formalities, you can choose to celebrate your day in your own unique way by creating a personalised, bespoke ceremony that reflects you and your beau’s personalities.
You can write your own vows, exchange rings, include readings and music and you can even sign a certificate too to reflect an element of tradition. You can also personalise it with a symbolic act such as hand fasting, where the hand of the bride and groom are wrapped in ribbons and a knot is tied – the origin of the phrase to tie the knot!
Equally if you’d prefer to keep an element of tradition about your day, you can opt for a church wedding or civil ceremony and retreat back to the Tipis at The Hidden Hive for your Wedding Breakfast and celebrations – the choice is yours.
